“Had spinal fusion on my lumbar 4 and 5 by Dr. Hyder on 9-11 . Lots of pain afterwards and great at making me as comfortable as possible. Cleaned my room 2x a day and that staff was great. Hospital food was hospital food but found it to be some of the best. Nurses were very polite and attentive, and didn’t have to call nurses or their assistants because they made their regular rounds. No complaints from this old man. I’m the husband of Earlene writing this. GREAT JOB PINNACLE.”
