Dr. Cary Templin specializes in operative and non-operative treatment of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. He is an expert in minimally invasive surgical procedures which includes spinal decompression/fusion, microsurgery and motion preserving procedures, and artificial disc replacement. Templin’s main goal is to diagnose and identify the patient’s source of pain first, so that treatment is successful in alleviating the symptoms. Creating a personal and comfortable environment for each of his patients is a main priority for him and his team. Apart from his clinical practice, he has co-written book chapters in spinal surgery textbooks and many scientific articles in peer-reviewed spine journals. Dr. Templin is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American
Spine Society, the Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, and the American Orthopaedic Association’s Emerging Leaders Program.
