Family Physician

Dr. Jacobus is board-certified by the American College of Osteopathic Medicine as a Family Physician. He has won multiple awards including the 2008 President’s Volunteer Service Award. Dr. Jacobus is the Medical Director of the Women’s Center of NWI and Recovery Works. Dr. Jacobus goes on regular missions and medical missions trips and provides aid during disaster relief efforts, such as Hurricane Katrina. He has been married for 34 years and has 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
