Employee Benefits for Hospital Positions
Pinnacle Hospital offers a bountiful array of insurance benefits to our regular staff members who have been offered and continue to work a full-time position sixty (60) or more hours per bi-weekly pay. Insurance benefits become available on the first (1st) day of the month after sixty days of full-time employment.
Pinnacle Hospital also offers a generous Paid Time Off program to our regular staff members who have been offered and continue to work a minimum of forty-eight (48) or more hours per bi-weekly pay. It starts to accrue on the first day of employment and is available after successfully completing the ninety (90) day introductory period.

Pinnacle Hospital pays 100% of the premium for Life insurance coverage.
Anthem also provides voluntary Life insurance at very reasonable rates for additional employee coverage and dependent coverage.

Pinnacle Hospital pays 100% of the premium for Disability insurance coverage.
401k Retirement Savings Plan
As an eligible employee, you can contribute up to 100% of your salary to the plan, as long as it does not exceed the IRS contribution limits. Pinnacle Healthcare is currently offering a generous match to any employee contributions!
Paid Time Off (PTO) Program
EIB is only able to be used for illnesses lasting longer than five scheduled days, an overnight admission to a hospital, or a surgical procedure.
Holidays
Pinnacle Hospital observes the following six traditional holidays and these days are paid at time and one half for staff members that are required to work:
- New Year’s Day, January 1
- Memorial Day, Last Monday in May
- Independence Day, July 4
- Labor Day, First Monday in September
- Thanksgiving Day, Fourth Thursday in November
- Christmas Day, December 25
