Mukund Komanduri is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons with more than 25 years of practice experience in general orthopaedics, sports medicine, and joint preservation. He has a special interest in hip arthroscopy, shoulder repairs and reconstruction, and cartilage transplantation. Dr. Komanduri offers the highest quality of care to men and women in Crown Point and Munster, Indiana, at Orthopaedic Podiatric & Spine Institute. Dr. Komanduri has received multiple community awards for service and is a past chairman of Orthopaedics. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and has been re-certified three times. Dr. Komanduri emphasizes patient education and believes that compassionate care is the best care.
